Joanna JacksonA talented multi-tasker, Joanna is often our clients’ first point of contact. As office receptionist and administrative assistant, Joanna utilizes her background in administrative and business services, as well as her experience in IT support, database development, and project management. She enjoys finding ways to streamline our workflow and use technology efficiently to better assist our clients.

Having recently completed coursework at Gavilan College in QuickBooks and General Office Accounting, Joanna is able to provide backup support for our payroll and bookkeeping services. She also assists with our wealth management services.

Joanna believes that customer service is a top priority. Her philosophy is that if the client is not happy, we have not done our job successfully. She strives to provide prompt, high-quality assistance in addressing our clients' financial matters.

A Washington, D.C. native, Joanna earned an A.B. in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College, with intensive Arabic studies at the University of Pennsylvania. After spending a year living in Egypt, Joanna returned to the D.C. area and worked in the computer industry as a contractor to the federal government for several years, before moving to California in 2004.

She loves nature and animals, and enjoys travel, foreign languages, and learning about other cultures and cuisines.
