Roy WhitmoreWith the firm since 2002, Roy is our payroll specialist and bookkeeping assistant. Ensuring our clients’ payroll is processed correctly and on time, he prepares checks, transmits direct deposit payrolls, and takes care of tax deposits and quarterly payroll tax returns. Roy also acts as liaison for our clients with state and federal agencies that deal with payroll.

During peak tax season, he assists with administrative tax functions as well.

Roy's experience includes over nine years' business payroll and administration work, as well as tax preparation experience. His interest in working with numbers and books drove him to pursue classes in business and accounting at Gavilan College, and to join H&R Block early in his career.

In joining our firm and becoming an integral team member, Roy has found his niche providing reliable and quality service to our clients. His commitment and dedication to timely and accurate payroll processing stand out in his customer service-driven approach to his work.

Born and raised in Santa Clara Valley, Roy enjoys spending time with family, and is an avid gamer.
